Replacing Headlights on 2013 Triumph Street Triple R with LEDs

This is part 2 of the video about replacing the signal lights and headlights with LEDs to save on energy on my 2013 Triumph Street Triple R motorcycle. This walks you through removing the headlights, taking apart the headlight assembly, and replacing the bulb.

Pick up my led’s tomorrow, also changed out the small running bulbs with led super white mini bulbs from sylvanna. So they would match color wise.

I used the LUMENIS 9003 LED HEADLIGHT CONVERSION KIT from ledlightstreet.com. I haven't gotten any complaints from other motorists so far!

any tips to take out the socket?? i've pressed the tab down but its like the sockets are glued together. i tried for an hour but i still cant take it out. i don't want to pull too hard, i'm afraid wires will disconnect and make the situation even worse.

Cool, but you put the rubber boot upside down , and they sell led bulbs with out a fan. 👍

Did you get the LED decoder when you got the LED bulbs? I also have Street triple 675 2014, when i used the link you provided it gives me the option to order with the LED decoder is that required for our bikes?

Yes, I got the decoder. Apparently if you don't get the decoder, it still works, but a dashboard error light gets activated.

Shit happens when you live in area that have pollen, dust builds up fast…. Not everyone washes there bikes everyday grow up you dork.
