Thats a leather wrapped steering wheel 21:17 you got to keep them clean or the oil and dirt on our hands is like sand paper recommend meguairs or chemical guys leather cleaner with the boars hair brush cover the gauges so the plastic doesnt get stained and then put some conditioner on it when leather is shiny shiny usually mean its a bit dirty you be surprised

If your a commercial trucking company you're supposed to have an ELD according to DOT. DMV has nothing to do with it.
