there are screws used that aren't Phillip's head or flat. how did you get then out?

I find this a good idea because I’m having a belt related problem possibly a brushroll problem with my Bissell powerglide liftoff pet plus and now I’m looking for one just like it for parts as needed but I can’t find it anywhere because Bissell discontinued it if you know where I can find it and it’s available please let me know

Stores usually paint items throw away when they have returns that are damaged .Stores get credit for those items .i bet someone took it and resold it to you .

I bought it from a scavenger on Ebay so I knew it was sold for parts only.
