I split this into two videos. If I didn't have to narrate, I probably could have finished the job quicker. As I mention in the video, I wasn't in a rush. It's better to take your time to get the job done right. Removing the old foam can get messy so keep a trash can near by, plus some paper towels to wipe up all of the debris.
