Having the same issue, replaced the pump, fuses, the multi switch, and the motor and still nothing… What fixed yours after the motor fix didn’t work?

Great question. I took it back to Ford after changing the pump and they said it was a bent pin in the lines. Super weird because how did it get bent when it was working before? I think when they were originally looking it over they unplugged something and bent it when plugging back in, so the wiper motor was actually the main problem. If you find a different solution pleas post it here for everyone!

@@MotorsandMischief I narrowed it down to being a wiring issue some under the dash and I don’t have time to pull that all apart and go through the rats nest of wires right now so I installed my own wiring harness with a switch ran to inside the cab and to the washer motor to be able to pump fluid and then manually turn on wipers for right now

Appreciate the video. What was the actual problem? I plugged in a new wiper motor but still not getting any voltage at the washer pump. Last thing I can think of is that the switch on the steering column went bad.

These trucks have fuses that run several things each. it's kind of crazy. I'd definitely start with that. Mine was a fuse and worn out wiper transmission. Let us know what your find!

The problem was the washer pump relay that goes through the wiper motor. Its really a poor design. The wiper motor was working just fine, it was just the relay that cant be changed except to swap out the whole wiper motor. Let us all know what you find out!

I think after you fixed it, that it seemed to be jittering mostly when the water was gone. Which is when you would usually turn them off. That seems pretty typical to me?

Very true, they don't like the dry windshield. Waxing the windshield might help, we'll have to try that
