nice video i have subscribed I have done the same job on my modena but with the battery version of the Parkside impact wrench I intend to carry my battery wrench with me on rallys with a spare drive belt and rollers as its one of the few jobs we can do at the side of the road

Hi what will be difference be if I use 15g rollers instead of 10g and what was that bit of metal that fell off when taking the cover off

Hello Andrew, I'm know expert on veriator weights but going from a 10 to 15 would decrease your acceleration (pull off power) found this out through trial and error myself, the piece of metal that fell was a cable clip 😀 thank you for your comment 👍

Hello wes, the rollers push the veriater plates together which in turn engages the drive belt and clutch to turn, it does sound a little complicated but I'm sure there's plenty of videos on you tube that can explain it easier then me 😉, they do wear out over time (flat spots) so when that happens it time for a change 😀

Unplug the indicator connectors first, before removing the side panel!
