So sorry you had to suffer through this trial, I work in the medical field and have seen many DV victims over the years. One in particular I’ll never forget. A young woman was punched one time..he had on a college football ring. She had a broken orbital bone, needed multiple stitches and her entire side of her face was horribly swollen. Bruises are impossible to cover, and if you did manage it, you would notice an inch thick of make-up. It would crack if you smiled for a start, remember the"bruise kit". Then her explanation on how to hide a bruise, but she's actually explained how you would make a bruise, you don't put your correction colours on after the foundation and concealer 🤣🤣 she's a joke and she clearly thinks We're all dumb. Make-up can't hide bruises nor cover them up, but it can make them less noticeable, not by a lot, but at least a little. But she didn't even have a little bit of red, blue or yellow, not to mention that it looks way more shiny on those areas, but she wasn't like that anywhere. I have put THICC theatre make-up on bruises, it hurt af, but it was still noticeable after it was put on. And don't forget that when you've been smacked around like that, your pores are open all the way, so wearing make-up is a bad idea, considering the amount of pimples you'll get.

When I was hit for the first time, punched in the face I received a eye that I could not open for over a week, a headache that lasted weeks, and didn't stop, blood that poured from my nose, at the hospital it was found that I had bleeding behind the sight and a fractured eye socket. Plus of course a black eye. I was 27 and weighed just under 6 stone, due to anorexia that I began to suffer from in the relationship. How on earth can she stand there and say her face was pretty much pummeled by Johnny, when there is nothing. How can she just sit there and lie?. How can she think she's believable? She makes it so bad for other DV survivors. I didn't feel like going out the front door of the home and didn't, but even if I had, no amount of make up would have covered what I had.

I remember a college age woman came in, she was punched one time by her boyfriend who had a college ring on. The swelling was crazy she couldn’t open her eye as it was swollen shut, she also had a fractured orbital bone and I think broken teeth or tooth. For her to say all the crap spewing from her mouth…and then claim the verdict hurt survivors? NO it only hurt liars. Your right no amount of ice or makeup can cover that. The donation was important for the counter claim. A hoax has to have a motive. The u.k. Judge, believing amber had donated the 7 million settlement ,found it hard to believe she would just make this stuff up for no reason. I was a family law paralegal for several years until I got sick and could no longer work. If we had a client claiming abuse, the Exhibit List would have included every picture, every hospital/doctor note, plus statements by every witness who would have personally seen it. Scamber literally lies as she goes. Like her lawyers, wouldn’t have included pictures of abuse. They are ambulance chasers beyond all doubt, but even they would know pictures are great evidence.The Australia recording clearly proves she lied about the entire event. Nothing she claimed was true. While she would have had to pay taxes on the $7 million divorce settlement, that is true. However if she turned around and donated all of it, that would absolve her of all taxes. So there would be no need for paying any extra to cover her taxes. The only reason to demand that Johnny pay more than 7 million to the charities would be to make it unattractive for him to do so and strip him of a tax break. If you were truly wanting to donate the money, you would probably tell your ex listen If you pay this directly to the charities and gross up half of what your tax benefit would be we can do that. This was just her being spiteful and the truth is she didn't donate the money to the charities so that's why she really didn't want him to give it to them
