Yeah but even though they did that, they barely reached the finish line with 2 seconds left. I remember playing this as a kid and finishing the race with 14~15 seconds left.

Jesus, EXCELLENT RUN!!!!!!!! Dude... The narrator just put you in the mood of the game, i love this! "...The weather is good and it's gonna be a great day for a race!", first time i've heard this line was in 1994 in an Arcade Center located in a Rio De Janeiro's Shopping, i was 10 or 11... This the game i most like from the entire series. It's a shame it never got an Arcade Perfect conversion into the new Gen consoles, someday i would LOVE to see this happening.

I desperately want to buy this game..... and I had no idea about the buggy getting a speed boost offroad!! That's awesome. You can beat this game in under 5 minutes, I've played it for hours, still can't get that far and somehow never get bored. It's the pretty much the perfect game.
