The ending is just... just... awesome. A man screaming like a crazy... Mad Man? Ta fuck with that lazy name. Why dont call devil already? People tend to forget a fucking pandemonium with lots of japanese literature devils invading hearth trying to conquer the shit out of us. Peoples forget this shit? Also the palete of colors at the message in the end. I almoat cant ready some parts. Talk about the cheapeast also fastiest boss in the history of video game. Guy apear eat a lot of lives of the player and die in seconds. Like godamn this game is nuts.

Dunno if it's clear but the madman is loosely based on Oda Nobunaga, feudal lord of the 16th century who unified Japan under his brutal rule. This period in History, civil war is called Sengoku in Japan, hence the name. I agree, final battle design left a lot to be desired. Still, game looks great overall. Playing it brings me good memories.
