ストーリー:
777X年、聖なる島「バトランティス」は、絶滅の危機に瀕していた。邪悪の化身が暗黒から蘇り、妖獣軍団をひきつれて、破壊の限りをつくしていたのだ。この恐怖の侵略にただ1人立ち向かう男がいる。その名は、若き王「クリペウスIII世」いま、戦いの時は来た。この世界を救えるのはキミしかいない！

I can believe that giving the player one million points for completing the second, more difficult loop a very good reward (Note the score counter going from 796,600 points to 1,796,600 points when the screen fades out before the credits after the second loop at 47:06)! Also, unlike most Konami games, you can actually skip the credits after clearing the first loop!
