Replica Speedster Handbrake Mechanism With VW Type 3 Front Suspension

I have just sourced and original pivot that was missing on my 1960 356 B, but what you have done on the type 3 beam far exceeds Porsches level of engineering. Not many replica’s go the extra mile on things like this. Did you get the front end suspension done on the 356A? Cheers Steve

Hi, Thanks for the vote of confidence.... It's one hell of a project I can assure you! The original 356A coupe is undergoing a full resto, but it's on the back burner until I get this speedster replica finished. The original car was raced extensively in South Africa through the '60's, and as such has some intensive and time consuming body work required (no rust though which is great). I'll post more videos of the replica and the original car as things progress. Cheers!
