I don't know if that only applied in toy or it applied in the real one. In here rough terrain crane like that is moving on the road it self w/o any carrier truck for hundreds kilometers. The last, I've seen it running from Jember to Madura Island last year w/o any carrier truck. At least I followed him almost over a hundred kilometers by car. He refueled twice, at Probolinggo & at Surabaya. As long as the width of the crane is same as the width of the lane here & vehicle registration number plate, it's street legal (on the road status) & can move by it own engines/wheels w/o any carrier
