It's an extremely good system, defense and attack, and it's even good for smaller teams.

could you do an upgrade? after the christmas holidays napoli started playing a bit differently, like for example zambo anguissa goes more inside the box and lobotka plays almost like a "cam" kvara start wide but often is very central, almost on the right side etc. i think its a bid different than the previous napoli, spalletti might have "fixed" or changed something.

Thanks for the tactic! I took it and combined some elements with Spalletti's Roma from 2006, Guardiolas 10/11 team and Spain from euro 2012 to make a very dominant and free flowing team

GK - Sweeper, comes for crosses // LB - Stay back, Inverted // RB - Get forward, Overlap // DM - Cut lanes, free roam, central, stay back // CM - Get forward, get into box // LW - Cut inside, get in behind // RW - Cut inside, come short // CAM - Stay forward, free roam // Rest on default Defence - Pressure on heavy, 20W, 60D Attack - Slow build, forward runs, 60W

The way he sets the team up is to not lose the game therefore just about saving him from getting the sack because technically we are still picking up points. Sorry for the rant LOL

You can fight for a European spot with Newcastle, Brighton and maybe West Ham if they fix their problems but every game of yours is approached like you are a championship team fighting for the first time against the giants and you have no chance of getting anything more than a draw. Tbat leeds game was the prime example of it. If Gerrard won't be sacked anytime soon I can see you fighting for staying up instead of European spot.

@@thanasisthanos2152 thats where the owners want us to be we have no problems finanically and when Gerrard was brought in we were promised an identity of football that was attacking free flowing and exciting to watch and i dont think i can count on one hand the amount of games weve looked a threat. Dont get me wrong i would love it to work for him but ever since he lost his right hand man Michael Beale to QPR who is considered a tactical genius we havent been the same since
