For the sake of argument, let assume some Muslims are doing it more. The basics questions we should ask is that, what does Islam really says about religion argument. Islam will argue with others religion on issues that is both agree by them but the other party fails to follow their original doctrine due to worldly gains. Example, both Islam and Christianity agrees that homosexual is bad, then when we see some pastor promoting it. Also you fail to realize that there were real Christians not worldly Christian of nowadays during the life of Prophet Muhammad, that challenge him of his prophethood. How did he called them?
