Reporters left ‘completely stumped’ by basketball coach’s response to question about race

Sky News host James Macpherson says the progressive media love to push "racial division" at every opportunity.
“Every now and then someone pops up to put the race baiters back in their place,” he said.
“So, I had to admire head coach of the Boston Celtics Joe Mazzulla for the way he handled a reporter’s question at a press conference yesterday.”
Mr Mazzulla was questioned by a reporter during a media conference about the “plight” of Black coaches in the NBA Finals this year.
“Mazzulla’s response was so good that it completely stumped, not just the Yahoo Sports journalist, but everyone else in the room,” Mr Macpherson said.

For all you Aussies who don’t understand American sports this is like if two Aboriginals are head coaches are in the AFL finals. It is not about pushing race but it is a rare thing. In fact in Australia only 2 ever Aboriginal or indigenous became head coaches and none since 1984. It is a big deal and something to be proud about. Mazzula’s answer was also right because he wanted more to be known as a Christian coach rather than a Black coach because that is the more important factor for him. So was he pushing the Christian/ Catholic perspective? Also he is a Biden supporter. I don’t think that the reporter phrased the question well but it was Yahoo Sports so… 😂
