Reports claim Benjamin Netanyahu is 'intentionally foiling' ceasefire deal | LBC analysis

James O'Brien speaks to journalist Noga Tarnopolsky to analyse the 'earth-shattering' report saying that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu systematically 'foiled' talks to release hostages from Hamas captivity.
Noga Tarnopolsky said: 'Every single time there was a chance to advance towards a deal, Netanyahu would keep treading water, because he believes if a deal is signed he will lose key members of his coalition and his government will fall.'
'Direct reports show that the office of the Prime Minister had been tampering with the protocols of the war cabinet meetings, and altering the transcripts of the top security phone calls that Netanyahu had been having. Obviously, everything I am outlining to you is completely illegal.'
This comes after six months of Israel negotiating a plan for the release of Israeli hostages being held captive by Hamas.

Even before that, they all had their own little part in making life miserable for the "previous owners" of that land. They benefitted off stolen land. They benefit off western tax money (YES even indirectly from yours as well), they benefit by tax reduction if they move into illegal settlements, they benefitted by voter intimidation of the few minorities who weren't expelled, they benefitted by immigrating there and having immediatly more rights than those who've been living there for the past 2000 years, including no extradition treaties for known criminals in their birth countries. AND not to forget, there is a mandatory military service for each citizen (well with the exception of some religious groups, but that will change as well as it seems). I mean I could list even more but again, ALL of them have their own part in that horror, even before the attacks.

Israelis don’t vote for prime minister, only president. Netenyahu was already pretty unpopular, and then he suddenly became prime minister out of the blue this most recent time.

They all have to serve in the IDF. So none are really civilians except for their children, the religious groups that only study Torah and until now have been exempt, and the few who do national service instead of joining the IDF. A few are in prison for refusing to join as well. The vast majority are militants.

@@jackdepalma These so called Palestinians have never even had a land to begin with. There's nothing to "give back". Israel can't demand something which doesn't exist. Rather they want israël to give them land israel controls for their proclaimed state, but they are unreasonable about the territory they demand. You should take a course for beginners about the Arab-Israeli conflict, so that you at least have some basic knowledge and understanding about this subject.

Netanyahu and the IDF are a horrible bunch . Explain to me how during WW2 French resistance was helped against an occupying power but nothing is being done in the West Bank .
