Repotting my olive tree & planting clematis, weekly cottage garden vlog!

In this week's cottage garden vlog, I am tackling some jobs. I repotted my small olive tree, and I planted an evergreen winter flowering clematis. I still have some Spring bulbs flowering, and the Summer plants are growing big as we head into early Summer.

hi cathrine about your olive tree,i am from greece and as you probably know we live amongs olive trees, this time of year you can trim your tree a bit and dont forget to trim the inside too of weak little branches beacause it needs air to breath and you do all that at the end of summer

Just a thought and Im probably rather cheeky for mentioning it but, in an effort to get my garden "fix" through your delightful channel I shall be bold. Is there any chance that your garden walls could get some "Catherine magic" sprinkled on them by using some pretty paint then some climbers or trellis..... just something.... probably just a fresh lick of paint. On the video they are such a huge proportion of the view and a little bare. It was so beautiful, great stock and beautiful outdoor furniture to sit down for husbands. Came home and planted my surprise (belated mom’s day) flowers in our garden. Please don't store your manure as it will go to waste. The manure is a living creature and needs to be treated as one. Add it all to your soils asap so it can continue to live happily.

Your cosmos look so better than mine ! I d'ont have any flowers and they are still really thin. They looked in better shape last year, but not as good as yours. They gave me flowers till late autumn though
