How big before they can be planted in ground? What time of year do you plant them in ground? Do they need a shady spot? Just bought a baby plant and put it in a pot on the front porch. Seems to be doing well. Thanks, T's wife.

Are pawpaw seeds true to the fruit it came from, or are they more like others fruit trees,,,you never know what your going to get?

@@samuelluke1659 they are partially true. They will have many of the traits of the parents, but will not be exact.

Why not put the pawpaw seeds in the long deep little pot then you don’t need to separate them

@@cipres6539 because I plant 500 at a time and the individual pots would take up too much room in the office. They are planted in February at my office and kept inside until almost June.
