How would you recommend getting a very skittish mangrove to start tong feeding?

I’m still yet to get mine to feed But Once they slowly become more comfortable with you can start to be in the room when you feed I’m going to get a coloured ball and leave right by the food bowls I hope then they associate the colour with food and will stay out, but it takes a lot a lot a lot of time and patience No point shoving food in their face if they’re still scared of you
