Yes you can. But Blending technique will be different for polo colours.

Hi, actually it depends on which colour you are using. Every colour has their different blending techniques. We have used gallery oil pastel colour in this drawing which is very soft for blending. If you are using different brand for that drawing then it might differ and harder or you may not get same blending effect. Hope this will help you to understand.
