I don't know if it's Seth's writers or Seth himself, or both, but his show has matured to be the best American late night show (in my opinion, of course). The quality jokes, the personability with the audience and camaraderie with the crew, the constant breaking of the fourth wall, the seemingly genuine....*humanness* of Seth's delivery and persona....I may sometimes fulfill the roll of "jackal," but I'm truly a fan of this show (and I didn't care much about it years ago, despite watching it regularly).
