I was shocked to see the daughters celebrated their birthday in a month's time of their mother's death. I don't know Sridevi personally but I was shattered and was following the case closely and was actually grieving for her but the daughters were not grieving, they were celebrating, showing off with friends. Sridevi loved both the girls so much, is this how own daughters grieve. It's quite surprising. Usually as per Indian custom people don't celebrate any festivals for a year if they had a death in the family. I still don't believe Sridevi died of accidental death.

Is there anyway for someone in India to launch an investigation into her death & stop the cremation till all questions are answered because this doesn’t look like a normal death at all. If u are planing on going out for dinner , u would take a quick shower not fill tub with water for a tub bath. Guys, from my experience, if you check in a 5 star hotel, if the room has Jacuzzi bath tub, housekeeping staff fills the tub with water and decorate with flower petals on top, they keep towels, soap etc around the tub. This happens every time they clean the room. Unless u keep do Not disturb sign outside if your room sorry, they generally clean your room, fill the Jacuzzi tub and decorate it. There are lot if accidental drowning in bath tub happens in US. It is very common here. But it happens only if the person is under the influence of alcohol and it is beyond the limit. I have personally witnessed a heavily drunk person collapsed in the bathroom room and luckily we pulled that person out. It is very common for a drunk person to black out or pass out, lose balance and fall down.

When an autopsy is done, the doctor who does the autopsy will write down specifically the reason of death. It is not his job to conclude what happen. If a person die drowning and even if the person hit his head and collapse,the autopsy wont mention reason of death is hit or collapse. They still need to verify if the the accident caused the death? Or it was the drowning? If it was the drowning then the death certificate will verify things like bruises in head of left or right or behind. Deep wound etc. But specific verication for cause of death colum is Drowning!!!! Whether accidental or not is for the police to investigate and the investigation would be discussed with the prosecutor.It is not for anyone else to verify the course of death. In sree devi maam case, a lots of questions been unanswered. If it is not answered then the case has been tampered with. And a serious look into the law and order of the country . RIP MA'AM. usually when when a husband finds her wife found unconscious , the first response will be carrying her to hospital and here instead police were called to inspect , which is suspicious second thing a person who fell into unconscious and later falling into water will regain consciousness when chocking starts and automatically walks out of bath tub , it is very difficult to understand why she died still again even after once a person stops breathing completely, if there is no internal bleeding, if rushed to a hospital then it is possible to save the life if reached hospital within an hour police in dubai is not corrupt but they dont take any action until they is a clear evidence falling in front of him........

Was Jhanhavi fooled into believing that it was her mother speaking from Dubai at IST 5.30 pm on 24th? The body being bloated should be the clinching finding. Why was Jhanhavi not asked about the phone call?

Hotel staff who broke the bathroom door around 6:00 have reported that they found her lying unconscious on the bathroom floor, but was still having a pulse ( I.e. she was alive ). Was Boney in the room with them when they made this discovery? Yet three hours later, Boney reports to everyone he found her drowned in the bathtub. So according to him, she completely recovered and by 9:00 decided to again take a bath, when she tripped, fell into the tub and drowned. Does Boney think the public are such fools that they will believe everything he says ? Also why did the public prosecutor in Dubai close the case so quickly, and why is the Indian government not conducting a full investigation ? Seems like huge amounts of money have changed hands or the Indian Mafia has threatened some people with death.

She couldnt have remained hungry for 3 days she didnt come out of her room. Somebody gave her food or she went out for it. If not then how was she surviving for 3 days? If given food staff can throw light & if she went out then cctv footage can explain her whereabouts. 17.49. 19.04

If I am in the jury then I would look for only one point to rest the case. But in this case there are way too many inconsistencies. We can still prosecute the case in the public opinion. 1. Boney Kapoor went back to Dubai to surprise Sridevi? That is not convincing. Her daughters could surprise her by suddenly appearing before her, but not Boney Kapoor. 2. If Boney Kapoor saw the body in the bathtub, the natural reaction would have been simply getting panic and call the front desk. There seems to have been no such reaction. 3. Who coined the phrase massive heart attack? That is a clinical phrase, and obviously the doctors did not say that. That sounds like some cookup. 4. finally the use of the term "accidental" . Doctors did not have to narrate the circumstances leading to a death, other than the clinical cause of the death. That is detective's job. If a doctor inserted that term then I smell the Don there. In any case what we are hearing is certainly not what has happened. I can come up with a theory that can eliminate foul play but still fits the evidence we have. The theory is like this: Boney Kapoor came back to Mumbai., but not heard from Sri Devi for may be 2-3 days, probably she did not respond to his calls and that was exactly the reason for him to fly back. At that stage he probably got the key from the front desk because he was one of the occupants of the room before leaving Sri Devi behind. When he opened the room he did not find her right away. But he finally found her in the bathtup bloated up and he clearly felt she was long dead and there is no point summoning help. He even felt that she might have committed suicide. That probably was the only reason for the statements that came out of him or people around him. It is even possible that Boney Kapoor told the Dubai police what happened exactly and they were convinced. The death could have happened accidentally, or she had committed suicide. In either case. Money is everybody's problem in this world. There are enough reasons for her to commit suicide or to be in a shock of some kind that made her collapse.

One cannot say 'don't ask questions' under the guise of sensitivity. Saying 'no foul play' is very premature at this stage. The investigation isn't even complete, there is no second autopsy, how can they say the drowning was accidental? Sridevi has been a huge part of my childhood and I am heartbroken and unable to accept that she is gone. I am not convinced what her death certificate says.
