Ironically, I had a sty in my eye last night. I put a warm bag of chamomile tea on it for 30 minutes, went to bed, and this morning it was gone. No dangerous eye-stabbing needed. Just a lot of eye gunk this morning. Onionboy and I are the same age. I'm impressed at how stupid he is. >_>;

@@alexh99 It's something passed down through my family. It's one of those old home remedies. Chamomile has anti-sceptic properties so it helps to clear and control infections. And because it's gentle, it works nicely on sensitive areas like the eyes. If the sty is bad enough, it could take a couple of tries, but the warmth of the teabag really helps to draw out the gross shizz.

@@alexh99 It might be best to assess why you are getting them in the first place. I think mine are largely allergies, but they can be caused by things like old makeup, dirty brushes, dirty pillow cases, if your pets lick your face, excess dust in the home clinging to your lashes, etc. Prevention is the best medicine. ;) Good luck.

I used to be a very strong stomached individual but the whitehead story was TOO much. Why would anyone EVER put a NEEDLE that close to their eye. What in the hell??? That’s so gross and also dangerous and stupid?? I would’ve known not to do that as a 15 year old and yet he’s 35 and doesn’t realize how dumb he is
