joining process for Finance Accounts Assistants should run concurrently with that of Panchayat Secretaries. At the very least, PVR for Finance Accounts Assistants should be issued. This would ensure that none of the Finance Accounts Assistants would opt to join as Panchayat Secretaries. This is a genuine concern: conducting both processes simultaneously will allow for better adjustment of the aspirants, thereby reducing the overall competition. It would also provide a fair opportunity for the remaining aspirants to secure a job.🙏

We FAA selectees want our joining before PS , we are not against them but we only want more PS candidates to get accomodated in Ps and FAA selectees will leave PS at earliest . Otherwise candidates selected in both posts will go for PS joining and then there will be problem for waiting candidates. Govt should do pvr for both but let FAA join first so that more selectees can join PS. ❤

Request LG administration to fasten up the joining process of FAA.....not to slow down the joining of PS. Common candidates will automatically leave the PS post but let me clear one thing in case Finance department takes months jn joining there is no fault to those candidates who are selected both in FAA and PS. At that moment candidates have choice nobody has the right later to talk about why they have wasted the post.

I thank God as I was not selected here as I needed money and job but these people have so lethargic system ... Sleeping on recruitment and then list and then final list then joining ... I have found private job now and I will try to study when I get time in the evening after. My job . My biggest mistake was waiting 3 years for govt job in Jammu JKSSB is wasting time of innocent people ...

Panchayat secretaries have already waited for 4 months unnecessarily. If this gets delayed again, we won't be able to join till 2025 because of upcoming code of conduct. The unworthy grs and unworthy youtubers are uselessly delaying our recruitment. This guy sumit puri, who can't pronounce simple English words is trying to sabotage joining of people who qualified the exam. I wish well for waiting list candidates, but we are suffering as well
