Hi! I just wanna ask, sabi kasi nila kapag nag CI ang pagibig, tinitignan ang structure nang bahay or ang laki nang lot para malaman kung magkano ang mapapautang nila. Hi Angelica. If you want to immediately get an OR, then you can do over the counter payment. But Pagibig also accepts online payments. So its up to you to choose which is more convenient.

Hi Martin. That depends on who is transferring the title. Developers often take over a year to transfer the title since they do batch processing. If you pull out the title- it can be done in 3-5 months depending on which city you're processing it.

Bilang hnd nmn kmi mayaman hnd nmn nmin kkyanin pa yong gnun 700K+ na value nong bhay. Very insulting pa the way xa mkpg usap smen. Sa sbrang pagppgil ko ng galit at inis sa knya that time na mental block na ako at hnd ko na nkuha name nya. Anyway Ms. Alex, sorry sa mahbang kwnto pero gumaan na loob ko knowing na pwd nmn pala na ako nman ang mag apply ng housing loan khit housewife lng po ako. Hi, the loanable amount is usually 80% of the appraised value. You might be able to have it increase to over 80% , but subject na for approval. Its always dependent on appraised value, age and income of borrower.

If you're buying from a developer and still paying equity- then you can use Aqwire to pay off the downpayment. Pagibig is more traditional though. I'm not sure if they already have an online means of paying.
