I've dabbled for 10 years with a friend's LT40, helping him on his bigger sawing jobs. I finally took the plunge myself last August (2020). It's a whole new experience on this side of the blade! Really enjoying it, like nothing else ever! And the work is finding me! I had my first sawing job scheduled before the mill even shipped from Indiana

Congratulations on the new mill! A sawmill is a pretty big investment in both time and money. To me, it's been well worth it. It's definitely a zen thing for me to mill lumber. Even though it's noisy and can be hot, or cold, it's satisfying to watch the blade cut through the log and to turn a round log into perfect boards.
