If this unit was based in Rhode Island the distance they travelled would have put them two states over.

How big is your response area? Or is it a mutual aid scenario where your rescues goes to other towns? Years ago my fire dept was the only one in our area with a jaws so we got called all over the county for accidents. I am just curious if it is the same deal. Thank you

Alot of screaming Q but they needed to change the pattern on the electronic siren from time to time. And use the airhorns at intersections.

Kinda odd you are not allowed to show the scene.. redacting faces, bodies etc we do in any video release but the scene can be shown..
@Fire-Rescue505 жыл бұрын
Normally the scene can be shown, but not in an active police investigation

In Manchester UK we would have crossed four or five station areas in a journey that length!

Here in the states a lot of departments cover a significant landmass as part of their "first due" response area. Mine for example covers just over 42 square miles. We had a call during the summer for "CPR in Progress" on a 14 year old at the far edge of town. It took me around 16 minutes to get there from my house that's right near the center of town, even with my emergency lights were activated. Patient lived, took 6 doses of Narcan to bring them back around though

That would be the person sitting officers chair. It could also be the engineer/driver doing it.
