I never heard of a constipated cat, l'm glad you knew what to do and the care you gave it.

Time and again, your good judgement, knowledge and quick thinking has helped this little baby so much. Your training at the vet came in handy while giving enema to the baby. We done at that! Mieru's stubbornness to not wanna milk had to do with him being constipated. I'm glad you took care of that. Now that you're feeding him every two hours, I hope the baby will keep getting his required nutrition, even if he needs to be catheter-fed. 200g+ is good weight for the baby, but in one of your recent live streams, I've seen him weigh over 300g now, which is so good for him. Thanks for keeping us updated, and taking such good care of the baby. We appreciate it so much.
I feel for the poor little kitten. I deal with chronic constipation and it's painful and miserable. I can imagine the pain it was in. Feel sorry for it.

Difficult to watch, even harder to listen to baby crying! 😢 Jumping to day 20 now so I can see baby doin better, well hopefully anyway? ❤
Why isn't something warm and fuzzy used to simulate mama's fur when the kitten is suckling to give the baby some assurance for lack of a better word? If somebody stuck something up my butt and didn't even give me some kind of comfort afterwards, I would be hollering too and trying to get away. Poor baby! Kittens are so sweet. Love their hearts.

Mieru's coat at 5:09 looks so adorable! ❤ I hope he ends up being a little long-haired. He'd be so handsome. 😊🥰 As always, good work keeping the baby healthy andgiving him an enema to relieve his constipation. 👍

I'm glad the kitty is better, however I must have missed the actual enema part, all I saw was you sticking that q-tip up his butt!

I raised four baby kittens over forty years ago. They were 16 hours old and the mother never came back. The vet then told me to use a damp cloth over the genitals of the babies to stimulate body functions and that worked really well. I fell in love with all four of them and it was hard to rehome them when it was their time to go.

Чтобы вызвать дефекацию надо имитировать язык матери :влажный тампончик и слегка обтирать у анального отверстия! Запор-от чужого молока! 😿

Young kittens do not pee and poop on their own. The momma licks them to encourage it. Use a cotton ball dipped in warm water and wipe them with it until they are done “going."

True but he was impacted; did you see how hard the first poop came out? It hurt the poor angel a lot getting it out. I think that’s why the vet rubbed so he could pee but he couldn’t with that first poop, it was just too hard/

This is fairly common with the switch from mom's milk to formula.
I would pick him up every couple of minutes and hold him close and warm against my torso, just let the poor baby have a moment of respite every once in a while. He needs a mama's stomach and teats, not to be continually picked up and repositioned on a probably too-cool surface.

Put a little suga in there. That’ll give him the blast! I once had a kitten that wouldn’t eat probably because he was taken too young. Spoon fed him chocolate marshmallow ice cream. Boy was that tasty! The next day he was normal and eating.
