Great video... Can someone tell me more about not moving technique? I've never seen anything like this before. Does it work with every true Naja that it will ignore you when you are not moving?

Thank you! King cobras are very sensitive to any movement, that's why it is better if nobody moves. The snake can get scared by a fast movement and move unpredictably. True cobras, mambas and many diurnal elapids react to movement around a lot and it is better to do move slowly.

@@abocas We don't know that actually. We just received a call that there is a snake in the car. The King was probably hunting and decided that it will be comfortable to hide in the car :D Nobody saw the snake going in. Luckily they managed to see it before they started to drive the car.

Wow! Kings are very intelligent snakes. I'm always impressed by their size, intelligence and their growls. Always listen to the locals. The camera guy wouldn't be quick enough to move away from the King; it's strike range at that size is incredible. BTW. Is this the same man who welcomed Chandler from Florida into his home?

Why it is necessary to leave in nearest area from the captured location? There are chances that it may come again.

Snakes should not be released too far away from the place where they were caught. Ideal is the tradeoff between releasing too close to people and too far from the home range. There are studies showing that releasing snakes too far often leads to their death as they don’t know where to find food, water or shelter.

@@LivingZoology snakes have done many things through out the world, they are lethal to humans. God says we have domain over animals. We can not exsist with masdove king cobras in our homes. Our dogs cats and chickens are at stake when these killing machines are aroind. I love my dogs way more than any snake that is tempermental and lethsl to even the biggest. Snakes kill millions all over planet earth. Did they do something to me? Yes they have killed through out the world, so yes i could be next
