This should be picked up. But knowing the Construction industry… it probably won’t work unless it doesn’t change how they install the windows and the manufacturers of the windows can just easily add it into their blueprints. Seems too easy to replicate/DIY. Assuming Barbara's suggestion, which is the way to go: The only benefit of this product is its convenience and the fact that it's mounted on/near a window; why buy their system when you can just buy the same/similar ladder, bolt it under the window, and put a cheap casing/cover over it that matches your paint/decor? All at a fraction of the price. You also don't have to worry about the housing unit not coming in a color that matches your paint/decor and having something unsightly sticking out under your window.

Best item on show with low evaluation. Sad they didnt get anything. Seems easy to set up and i dont agree you would need a window manufacturer. You can redo the one window and add this into the frame

Can't believe nobody suggested manufacturing the entire window. They'd have something different that nobody can offer. All window companies have the same nonsense available. Grids, color options, low-e glass, etc. This is a game changer. They should sell the window itself too. Seemed pretty obvious to me.

I think they could’ve pitched it better like this: “If we start putting this in some houses, when families are looking at a couple houses to move in to, and only one of them has a safety feature that could potentially save their children’s lives, which one will they pick?”
