As they get older, you’re going to need a bigger enclosure than that, I highly recommend getting a shed with an attached outdoor enclosure. Not only is it easy to clean and saves your back from hurting from having to bend down, it’ll provide much more space that they’d need and you’ll be able to DIY it with little shelves and ramps :)

The outdoor enclosure is awesome! Please take in when there’s extreme heat also! I also have had bunnies off and on over the past 40 years. I used to save juice and milk containers, clean out then fill with water and freeze. My outdoor bunnies would lay by them to cool off when they got to hot. I have an indoor French Lop right now. I let her out and about the house for a while everyday. And in summer I have a cage I set up outside and she loves going out and spending some time in the fresh air and nibbles on the grass and clovers.

My two bunnies are free roaming house bunnies. They need lots of space to 'Zoom and binky'. The speed of rabbits is amazing so i find that the enclosure on this vid a bit too small and there isnt enough hay in there either. Hay is their main fibre source and they graze on it constantly in between their pellets and vegetables and food treats. Im really pleased to see a water bowl and not a water bottle as bunnies do not get all the water that they need from a bottle. You need to go crazy with the hay. fill the litter box with hay on top of what you have in there as they will graze will pooping and peeing. Good Job rescuing these cuties :)

Bunnies are not supposed to be kept outside. Its a really stressful experience for them since they are known as prey animals. Grass is not a substantial part of their diet. You should toss the hutch and consider litter box training them so they can free roam your house. You can watch Lennon the Bunny's KZbin channel for tips on how to give the bunnies a great life. I love your videos and think it would help if you kept the bunnies inside for their safety and well-being.

NO! NO! NO! 😭😭😭 There is soooo much wrong with this. (I really hope you read this Hannah. This is all just to help your bunnies.) - That is not spacious at all. Bunnies need at least 24 sqft for their exercise area. This looks to maybe be 10. - Rabbits should never be left outside without 100% monitoring. Predators are still there during the day. There is a reason why rabbits are most active only at dusk and dawn(not day or night.) A predator could scare a bunny to death even if it can’t physically get to the rabbit. - They need way more hay. - They need a tunnel or hide house with an entrance and exit so they don’t feel so trapped. - Temperature wise, you mentioned it is hot where you live. Bunnies are very sensitive to hot and cold temperatures. - Two unspayed females should be kept separate until spayed. Female bunnies are the most aggressive/territorial. Once their hormones kick in at about 3-6 months, there is a very high likelihood they will fight. A rabbit is going to get injured. Please do more research! Bunnies are one of the most fragile and difficult pets to take care of. Wishing you the best. 💕

Also, the fact that you said her and her brother know best IS the biggest problem here because that is the what most people think about people with platforms like hers.. and sorry but we will not stop trying to get her more educated. Because people in bunny community have tried so hard to educate people about a proper bunny care and for someone claiming to know everything and advicing people to give bunnies "piles of hay" of that size, keeping them outside on summer sun, in a too small of a space for 2 bunnies... And keeping two not neutered bunnies together etc etc. Is just so wrong. Not to mention she gave carrots to baby bunnies in her last video claiming that it is "healthy" for them. Its just not okay to give wrong advices to your followers because people will listen to you and they will do as you do and in result bunnies they own will have less quality of life. Its just wrong. And no, I am not sorry for giving her advices because SHE DID choose this public life and its her responsibility to aducate herself better to give good advices to pet owners.

If they struggle with the heat, here in the UK, and you probably can in Florida or online, get some ice packs for them. I fact I use frozen bottle of water for my guinea pigs, and they just lie on them to help cool them down.
