From a broken life to a hopeful one…Zeze and Zizi, rescued from the bird cages they were held captive after poachers sold them to highest bidders, to open grass lands near the rainforest they belong to…. Meeting Maiombe, one of the residents we have rescued earlier.
They started life with mothers and family, poached by traffickers, sold on the wet market, went to abusers houses… rescued, confiscated and brought to sanctuary by Wild at Life.

So with all the millions of people out there suffering, hungry, homeless, etc. I'm supposed to worry if this ape can play and socialize with other apes? Oh and of course if it has " enrichment" ? This is such a total waste if Valuable resources on some God forsaken ape and for what reason. Just because? From one poacher's possession to another. How nice. It is even more disgusting that the creators of this video purposely starved these animals to make more people feel sorry for them. Truly shameful and inexcusable.

​@@carolbellinger Releasing them "to the wild" is not an option that I mentioned although once the animals are older they should be released. These poachers could have left those animals alone with their mothers so there would not have been a need to have them or make this video. They could also give the animals to a LEGITIMATE rescue organization so they can be properly cared for instead of being sold as pets.

I say shoot the same things before they can breed. Sure they are cute as babies, but after a couple of years they turn into the most vile, disgusting creatures Satan ever spawned on this planet. There is a recent story out to about chimps killing children in Uganda. Mothers are terrified in rural villages. They are incredibly disgusting and vile. I hope they go extinct in my lifetime.
