You are right, rejection makes success all the sweeter! I’ve been fortunate to experience grant highs and lows, but I love the idea of KZbin as a place for grant win celebrations 😊

Could you talk a little bit about the keys factors why you chose to join your current research institution? For example, ranking, location, or strength area of department? Also what is your criteria of enrolling PhD students?
