Ah perfect, my first season is going ridiculously well after your guide, we’re in 5th and closer to 4th than 6th going into Hungary. Pourchaire has been incredible. Though I will say that Japan and Spain should be the target tracks, not Monaco and Hungary - we’ve been much stronger at the former

For guides like this one, I simulate it yes. I can guarantee that if I played each race manually you'd see better race results, but as the focus is the research here I've just sped trough it.

It is a logo mod that adds the parts, you can find it on overtake, there is a pretty good guide there on how to make it.

This is hard difficulty yes. Hard difficulty gives the AI a small expertise buff if I'm not mistaken in the sense that they gain a tiny bit of extra expertise compared to the player from their projects.

Any chance you could do that all female driver one with the new patch? I have been struggling! I can’t get a point 😂. I’ve been at 11 or 12 so many times but the control issues are just insane. I’m also doing it on Hard difficulty

Hi Nero is it still better on the 3rd season to min max stats to make the car less better than the ai ?

There is nothing wrong with min maxing, but if you are far ahead it can be beneficial to do research for instance more balanced to bring the expertise up for the less important stats.

Not really as it would be very inefficent to split the slots between the cars.

Anyone else having issues when signing drivers before new season and at the start of new season they have signed for another team?

Yes a lot of drivers move in the 3 week break around the European races (can't remember which)

The third season will be very similar to the first one in terms of development, you probably will have some money left over so use it to upgrade some of your buildings, in particular the car part test centre and suspension test centre as these are great investments as they have very low upkeep even at level 5.
