Research Publication: An approach to firm’s innovation from the explicit and tacit knowledge spiral

Prof. Dr. Suresh Srinivasan along with M. Ángeles López Cabarcos and Paula Vázquez-Rodríguez, has published a paper titled, "An approach to firm’s innovation from the explicit and tacit knowledge spiral".
This study aims to analyze the mediating and moderating roles played by tacit and explicit knowledge in the relationship between organizational capabilities and product innovation. The findings show that both explicit and tacit knowledge partially mediate the relationship between organizational capabilities and product innovation, stronger the mediating role played by tacit knowledge.
