Thank you! You videos are great! They are quick, to the point, clear, and address issues that writers have. I have to say tho, this particular function is incredibly user unfriendly-- something like 20 clicks to insert a page number(!) Does this really make our lives easier as writers? I hope Endnote addresses this, because inserting page numbers is a pretty common need. Or am I missing something? your Endnote newbie. :)

+simsim so Very good point! Luckily one does not use this function often :-) Hang in there, endnote will make your life easier soon soon.

I tried to add a page number to a citation in Vancouver style. It does appear in the unformatted citations (says @ 121 at the end), but it doesn't appear in the citation in normal text. I think it is because it is Vancouver, because it does appear when I use APA. However, I thought in Vancouver you also have to add the page number of a quotation? Can anyone help me out?

See if you can modify the citation template in Endnote and add "page number" in there. Or, in the reference style in Endnote (Tools/Output Styles), have a look at APA's citation template looks like and compare that to Vancouver's.

Let me know how it goes. I know how much frustration these things can cause.
