You cna use EFA results to calculate Convergent and Discriminant Validity.

can CFA be used for a complex model (if you have 12 constructs)? will it not be difficult to connects the covariance double headed arrows for a complex model of 12 contructs?

Yes CFA is actually for complex modelling. You can select each latent construct using the hand tool from toolbar and then select auto Covariance option from plugins menu.

This is very low sample size. For pilot study just check Reliability
