If it is not too skewed, regression is robust to such small deviations. As for p value before regression, i am not sure, I completely understand your question

The Event is unlikely to occur. We can say that the odds of a falling into the target group based on the factor are lower, with a 95% CI. of 0.000 to 0.021. The odds are significant, so based on the results, it is high likely that probability of not falling into the target group is high and significant.
