One of the very few videos I've seen that is unquestionably detailed and not rushed through. Very minimal finicky bits from my personal point but really no expense to change for the new owner. Basically it has everything, I could live there full time.

This property is now reserved but to answer your question, you could add a metal / aluminium / wood pergola for shade. You couldn't extend the property or have a concrete structure built as the town hall doesn't currently allow this.

@@helenhicks-mills3246 If you want to be able to extend a property it would need to be in the Arboleas region. Basically the land needs to be urban to be able to extend or add more buildings etc.

I need somewhere for a studio and a room for hubby so he’s out from under my feet 😂😂 don’t really want to sacrifice a bedroom so I’ll keep looking. Not quite ready yet just selling mine in the UK and need to avoid Spanish capital gains tax! But also need to be out of the UK before this abysmal government bring in the exit tax 🤬
