Welcome back and Happy new Year !!! Please be careful with the tanning bed, you can still get burnt (ask me how I know -- got fried with STRIPES on my back from the bulbs in my younger years). I'm happy to see that you use the Calm Magnesium supplement. I recently saw that someone else here on youtube was using it and I was intrigued .... but now I'm definitely ordering because I read it's good with restless leg syndrome and I always have troubles falling asleep at night.
