Sourdough Bread Recipe:
(Hopewell Heights)
3 Cups Flour
1.5 Cups Warm Water
1 Cup active starter
1 TBSP Salt
450F for 35mi
Take lid off and bake for another 8-10 min
Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins Recipe:
4 Ripe Bananas
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1.5 Cups Flour
1 Cup chocolate chips
Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 18-20min
