Don't look for a reset option, just replace the sensor in the paper cassette.

hey i have a RICOH aficio 2016 and when i scan a paper the paper come like with the original text and like a shadow to that text like it's written two times

First of all, Ricoh Aficio 2016 is a very old photocopier from 2005, so it has to be forgiven for some errors :) Anyway, I think you need to check your fusr unit, probably your rollers are worn out and the image is not fixed and corrected, and therefore goes is repeated on subsequent prints.
