For the steamed milk - move the pitcher up and down when you first start it to put air in the pitcher. It will make the sound go away and make some good foam 😊

I haven't noticed a wind sound, there is just a echo with your voice and I have to crank the sound up just to hear you. Its almost like the sound is off on your camera.

this new camera is giving me such trouble with audio ugh :( maybe a mic is the way to go. we have tall ceilings in here and we don't have curtains yet so it's just a lot of sound echoing through the room
