This video can help you to reset error code SC860-00, SC865-00, SC873-00
When you need to keep address book user info (Scan to folder or email)
then don't reset User info like this video.
But If the address book is downloaded,
then Complete the number 1 (All)
Note: don't try this video, when 3rd party print solution software is installed,

etc...
