I like seeing all these cleaning videos now where they split up rooms between days to clean. It can be so overwhelming to deep clean an entire apartment and/or house in one day. And it's hard on your body (atleast mine). When we first moved into our apartment I deep cleaned alot. But now that our apartment is lived in and there is tons of clutter my ADHD is making me freeze.

I'm quite sure doing so is so good for extra hygiene for the face and hair.
