Honestly it was nice having the Ghost Survivors, but to be honest they are all what if scenarios, Katherine is by far the most obvious because we see her dead in the main game, Kendo also you hear does pull the trigger, and the one team member of HUNK's was ended by Berkin, and we all know from the beginning of the Gas Station, but that one is meant to be a challenge in of itself, and in my opinion a good one.

Yeah i realised a little later they are all What if scenarios, not just some. I'd rather alot of "what did" happen and they do scenarios/background on characters to fill in the plot by hey ho. Ill not complain with content after RE3make haha. thanks for watching!

At the end of Ghost's story, you see Ada holding a gun to his head to take the virus, so technically, it could be considered canon, as both Hunk and Ada make it out, presumably with the virus.

Yeah, I must agree that 2/4 are kind of a miss in this DLC. The What ifs of Ghost and Katherine just don´t feel that special or "needed". Glad if someone enjoys them though! I do agree that the "Kill 100 enemies" is a fun challenge to be included and is fine, but the best part has to be HUNK! I really can´t explain how cool he is. He is "just" an Umbrella employee with tactical gear, but there is just something special about him. Maybe the demeanor? Being a one man army in this apocalypse situations? THE MUSIC!? Nice video! I felt so bad for you in many situations where you got absolutely stuck just by choosing to move from the wrong side XD

I just can't believe there isn't a Marvin one. That should be a crime 😂 Hunks just feels so bad ass. Being the legendary Hunk. Having a shit load of weapons and ammo, loads of enemies to slaughter, the way he speaks at the start. But, most importantly... the absolute BANGER of a tune 👌 haha. Yeah it was literally so much trial and error. Some parts if I just managed to get through I'd of happily taken that as a win 😂 Hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching !

These scenarios were a fantastic addition to the main game. They're very fun to run through and offer a fair bit of challenge which I felt this game overall lacked. The music is incredible as well. I love HUNK's, Kendo's and Ghost's themes. The hardest single challenge I have had to face in this whole series is beating the Sheriff's level with less than 60 shots of ammo. That challenge is already brutal by default so trying to micromanage your ammo on top of that destroyed me. I'll never do that again that's for sure.

I did enjoy them, just wish they focused on characters that would actually add to the story and did "what did" scenarios rather than "what ifs" the music is no doubt, the best thing about these. i use them on all my videos. they are amazing. Hunk felt awesome to play because of the music. Beating all of these without a guide is impressive, even with guides I struggled a lot. No Way Out took me the longest and I also did Gunslinger (which isnt needed for Platinum) where you need to beat No Way Out with 60 or less handgun bullets. That was hell, you have to go for headshots all the time. Although you get better weapons later its still really difficult. Not sure if you figured that out but you are supposed to use Flamethrower for the exploding tanks, thats the easiest way to blow them up. Great video.

Yeah the power up you get from the music is awesome. Although, Kendo has a banger tune too! I couldnt even imagine doing the 60 handgun ammo only. I miss to much to do that haha. I did accidently once with the flamethrower and got like 6 kills. Wish I realised earlier haha. Glad you enjoyed it! thanks

Your videos and personality are very entertaining, we're on the same quest actually! The only thing I noticed is there might be some confusion here as Capcom said that they made all four of the ghost survivor stories as what-if stories. Kendo and Ghost really did die in the canon along with Katherine and sheriff Cortini. It's also why Hunk isn't included as the fifth story because he was the only one to canonically survive.

@@houseofsten of course, I always look forward to your videos. So far, I've gotten the platinum on every single Resident Evil game except RE1 remake. That's my favorite RE game (well the og is but same dif) so I've been saving doing it. I am skipping Resistance, Umbrella Corps, and Operation: Raccoon City however. I'd need a buddy for those titles and they're all lame, dead games so I'm not going to worry about them. If Capcom did a legit remake of any of those three, I'd do it then but that's the only way.

Possibly a controversial, unpopular, small-dick-energy opinion, but I feel like all those modes are too hard and unforgiving, but, what’s more important - unfun. I wish we could at least revisit them with an infinite minigun or rocket launcher to blast through them, or we had a dodge mechanic, like in re 3. Overall I find re 3 more enjoyable to run, especially with the RAI-DEN infinite magnum/one-shot gun. It’s just so satisfying to pull off a perfect dodge on inferno and kill ANY enemy or even incapacitate nemesis by shooting his heart in one shot. IMHO, as always. P.S. the vid’s hella entertaining to watch either way, thank you!

Haha, you know what.... I agree a lot with that. I found Hunks the most fun but that is because you have a shit load of ammo and brute force your way through but If you go too crazy then you are left with nothing and screwed. The other ones though are so much about trial and error to the point where you want to use a guide. If you mess up some parts of use too much ammo then it is literally impossible to complete unless you are just completely lucky. Loads of people will say this is easy and looking back it is after I've watched a guide but I guarantee the ones that are here that are saying its easy, used a guide to start off. It didn't seem to matter how good you are, its all about knowing the strat and executing it. Even the runs that I passed, things went horribly wrong, but because I worked out the strat I could get further than just being skilled and killing shit. I haven't done RE3 yet but I am about to start :D Glad you enjoyed the vids, thank you!

@@houseofsten exactly, thank you! Hope you enjoy RE3 - it's hella fun specifically to run. It's not as deep or grand as RE2 'cause there is just one scenario/run, but I'll be damned if it's not fun to complete, especially with the dodge mechanic and some items from the shop. Which, btw, is a great solution, I believe: you don't need to complete some ridiculous challenges to recieve those items, you just get points for all challenges and get to spend them however you want to, buying whatever fits your playstyle/whims. I couldn't platinum re2, but i did complete every single challenge in RE3 and got the platinum for it, and I'm still running it from time to time - just for fun. RE2, on the other hand, is more fun to run with the infinite minigun/rocket launcher, but you cannot complete challenges like that, especially in ghost survivors for obvious reasons. Sorry for the giant reply, just wanted to vent a little. Thank you!
