Does the damage change in the weapons actually do anything? I tried using the normal Handgun and a Red9 with both modifiers and the game said that they had both the same damage but the Red9 outdamaged the Handgun in every test

God of Gaming Go into your "Settings" on resident evil 4 and then go to "Video Settings" and it should say some thing like "FullScreen Mode On" then just click to turn it off or on. That Should Do It, Please Tell Me If It Didn't Help :)
