OUTRA SOLUÇÃO, mesmo para quem fez todos esses procedimentos e não deu certo. Tente ir no anti virus do windows, "Proteção conta virus e ameaças" depois va na opção "gerenciar configurações", role ate a ultima opção "Adicionar ou remover exclusões" aperte em "Adicionar exclusões" e adicione tanto o executavel do game como a pasta em si, espero ter ajudado!

It's weird because it only works if you launch it by clicking the main original exe launcher but it wont when using a shortcut file

Não entendo de programação mas criei um .bat no bloco de notas que resolveu o problema de precisar fazer isso toda vez que for iniciar o jogo. Quem for fazer, edita o local do arquivo re4.exe de vocês na terceira linha

Muito bom meu amigo, não expliquei direito no vídeo, mas isso só será necessário caso vc tenha tentado abrir o jogo pelo atalho, aí esses comandos são a única forma de matar o processo, pois ele trava o Windows e o task manager. Se abrir ele direto pelo executável não tem esse problema.

Opa, um amigo meu conseguiu resolver esse problema desligando o "Serviço de teclado virtual e Painel manuscrito". Se liga nos passos: 1. Abra o programa "Serviços" do Windows. 2. Vá até o Serviço de teclado virtual e Painel manuscrito, clique com o botão direito. 3. Clique em propriedades e na aba "Geral", no tipo de inicialização coloque "Desativado". 4. Aplique, clique em ok e desligue o PC. 5. Ligue o PC de novo e quando você abrir o jogo pela primeira vez, ele deve estar funcionando com o teclado. (Aparentemente isso é um problema que só brasileiros estão tendo????? Só achei brasileiro reclamando e nenhuma solução) Provavelmente se tu iniciar o jogo novamente ele vai parar de funcionar, toda vez que for iniciar o jogo tem que reiniciar o PC. Tem vezes que não funciona também, se tu quiser reiniciar o PC mais de uma vez pra testar caso não funcione seria bom. Não pode dar alt-tab também.

You have to disable windows real time protection before installing and add the .DLL file on the root folder as a defender exception before turning it on again
