I'm not that keen. It's not like the RE 2 remake which was so different to original RE. I feel like I have essentially already seen this before, it's just RE 4, I want to see new games with new ideas.

I agree with you I'd love to see them play RE2-3&4 in order just to see the hole story. Now here's my only problem with RE4 Leon in RE2 was a pretty good guy then in-between it and RE4 he became such a massive tole for some reason I'd love for them to come out with something that explains how he turned into this person that everyone in the hole fan base hates at least Chris had a reason for it his intire carrier was Shot to pieces by Umbrella after the Mansion so he fought with them for years until the truth was finally showed then he was brought on the Presidents hand picked grew to deal with it so we about know what happened there but with Leon we got nothing to explain his personality change....

@@VonBlade Yeah that RDR2 aint happening anytime soon. maybe if theres another global crisis that shuts down nations and leaves people with loads of free time we might see it resume. but from what andy has said a few times, i dont think the RDR2 livestreams are coming back. i was surprised when they started publishing regular dead space gameplay but i wouldnt be surprised if that was over either lol. they usually dont do more than a couple of eps of any game really. the longest i can recall would be that bland biomutant game, but that was sponsored content and they didnt touch it afterwards lmao.

Handy tip. Those guys thrashing on the ground that you get the option to knife are the ones who will get back up as the snapped neck guys. Stabbing them beforehand stops that happening as Leon as stabbing the parasite directly. That's why you can only stab certain enemies on the ground. Also if you flash Salvador you can get behind him and do a very high damage knife attack. And he gives a a gem if killed.

Please play through the whole thing. Your Resident Evil full playthroughs are some of my favorite content on the channel. It's really fun to see the three of you come at a full playthrough from different perspectives and history with the RE franchise. I think the full playthrough content is generally some of the most fun and glad to see you guys are doing it a little more often. I think the various RE series are almost the only games you have ever completed fully in the nearly 10 years of the channel and watching you guys finish the whole thing is very cathartic. I still go back and listen to the RE2 remake full playthrough series periodically and it is great content.

Also, want to add, loved the discourse on game design. I recently watched a video from a different channel taking the other POV…I’m all for things that make games less frustrating and more fun. Paint all the barrels and hand holds. My time is valuable, I don’t have ages wandering around trying to figure out what it is exactly I’m supposed to be doing. The visual hints are welcome by me!

I think they should give you a menu option to disable it, or disable it in hard mode or something. Personally I prefer to play with highlighted barrels etc but I do understand why some people don't.

@@wbfaulk Thing with this is there really isn't any rhythm or reason behind what scenery is interactable and what isn't. So figuring a lot of it out ends up devolving in to button mashing. I think the yellow paint looks dumb, but I'd rather have the one smashable crate in a room full of craters marked rather than unmarked.

Do I play horror games myself? No. Do I enjoy watching other people play them? Yes. Do I specifically enjoy watching my favourite youtubers playing them? Very yes. All this to say, if you all feel able to take on a full playthrough, I would absolutely watch the whole thing. It's a nice way to find out the story when I wouldn't otherwise, plus seeing you all going through a narrative and providing colour commentary just makes me very happy.
