Just my theory: I think the girl that looks just like rose was Eva cuz remember the scene before the boss fight with Miranda? She grabbed the baby from the mold and said "Eva? Is that you?". The twin also has a black dress so I guess that was Eva. (It's a theory so it can be confirmed by the upcoming game or not).
